Hello! Sorry for the lack of posts over the weekend, it's been one of those time periods when absolutely everything seems to go wrong at once and things all get a bit much. Hopefully it will all get back on track soon though, and here is a little better-late-than-never post! I have well and truly caved in to the Tartan trend and bought this great little skirt in New Look last week. It fits perfectly and it's a lovely, bright shade of red. I'm someone who thinks Tartan just goes best with black or dark colours, so it was great to team it with my much loved fur gilet from Topshop and amazing new Faith boots! I got these boots in the Debenhams sale, knocked down from £60 to £25 - not bad! They're a bit evil looking, but great for height and perfect for wearing out in the evening, the heel is definitely a bit too high for everyday running around - but it was too good a deal to resist!

You don't know of anyone selling one of these gilets do you? I missed them when they were in Topshop and I've been looking for one forever, I keep finding them on ebay either way out of my price range or not in my size :(
